How to log into the Sundale Property Services Service Desk
Logging into Freshservice
You can access the Sundale IT Helpdesk by navigating to the following webpage:
You’ll also be able to raise a service request from here, However you will need to login with your sundale email address & password to be able to complete the service request. If you are on a Sundale Computer you should automatically be logged in
- Click Login in the top-right corner to do so

IF you are asked: Enter your Sundale Email address
- Select Next
- Enter your Sundale Email Password
- Select Sign in
Account Activation
If you have not activated your account you will be asked to resend a verification email.
- Select resend activation email

Check your emails and click on the link to activate your account

Select Activate with SSO

Sign-in again to the helpdesk using the above method to confirm activation
- Congratulations you have now activated your account.
